Located in Chicago’s prominent River North neighborhood, The School House is a restored midcentury modern school reimagined to house events, pickleball, antiques, drinks and eats.

Our Story

Our unique 35,000 square foot multi-use space includes the original gymnasium to host pickleball, parties, mitzvahs and weddings. The classrooms are intimate meeting and gathering spaces, a restaurant sits in the former principal’s office and for those looking for a one-of-a-kind, conversation piece to complete their home design, our Gallery is filled with a vast collection of antique treasures from Architectural Artifacts for all to shop and explore.
